IB Source Book Fairs can help your school gain access to a wider variety of materials than ever before by allowing you to focus on what really matters: choosing from the world’s best in IB Resources. Regardless of whether the publishers are located across the ocean…. or simply in the next town over.
About IB Source Book Fairs:
IB Source Book Fairs are an excellent opportunity for Teachers, IB Coordinators and Purchasers to look through samples of hundreds of IB-Correlated Textbooks from publishers in the USA, UK and Australia, including:
- Oxford University Press
- Nelson Thornes
- Harcourt UK (Heinemann, Ginn, Rigby)
- IBID
- Haese & Harris
- Pearson Education
- Scholastic
Benefits of an IB Source Book Fair include:
- The opportunity to view samples of textbooks published specifically for the IB Curriculum®
- A forum for discussion that allows IB Coordinators and Teachers to articulate their textbook needs and present suggestions that will guide the future publishing plans of leading publishers of resources that support IB programmes
- An opportunity for Teachers and IB Coordinators to easily compare multiple textbook options for teaching the same subject
- A chance to examine multiple samples in one place, at one time… without the hassle of requesting examination copies from each individual publisher
If you have 10* or more interested IB World Schools® in a region or school district, IB Source will work with you to host a book fair. Book Fairs allow Teachers, IB Coordinators and Purchasers the opportunity to view, compare and place orders for IB-Correlated Textbooks from key publishers in the USA, UK and Australia. By having multiple sample textbooks available for each subject in the Primary, Middle Years and IB Diploma Program available, IB Source Book Fairs allow you to easily compare different texts and choose the one that is most suited to the needs of your school or classroom.
*Minimum number of schools required for a book fair depends on multiple factors and is subject to change. Contact IB Source for details.
