How can I place an order?
How can I pay for my order?
For all North American customers, the payment terms are “payment upon receipt” of the order. For all international customers (outside the USA and Canada), pre-payment is required on all orders. The following payment options are available with IB Source:

How long will it take to receive my order?
- When you send IB Source a list of books you are interested in ordering, we will first send a quotation (proforma invoice) for you to review. Once you have approved the proforma, delivery of your order will take approximately 2 – 4 weeks.
How will my order be shipped?
- We ship all North American orders via UPS Ground. International orders are shipped via Worldwide Expedited or Worldwide Saver, depending on the UPS service available in each country. If both options are available, IB Source will always use the least expensive option for international customers.
Do you ship books to Canada?
Yes, we do. Canadian customers should note that a 10% shipping surcharge will be applied to all prices listed in our catalog. Whether placing an order online or via a quotation, you will always have the opportunity to review the shipping charges on your order prior to confirming it with IB Source. Additionally, it is likely that additional customs clearance costs, VAT or local taxes may be assessed by UPS for delivery to an international address – the responsibility for payment of these taxes rests solely with the international customer and will not be paid by IB Source under any circumstances.
Do you ship books to customers outside of the USA and Canada?
Yes, we do. All of our international shipping is done via UPS, so as long as UPS will ship to your destination country, so do we! International customers should note that a shipping surcharge (based on the total weight of the shipment and the destination country) will be applied to all prices listed in our catalog and on our website. Whether placing an order online or via a quotation, you will always have the opportunity to review the shipping charges on your order prior to confirming it with IB Source. Additionally, it is likely that additional customs clearance costs, VAT or local taxes may be assessed by UPS for delivery to an international address – the responsibility for payment of these taxes rests solely with the international customer and will not be paid by IB Source under any circumstances.
How will I know the status of my order?
Our order-tracking software allows you to check the status of your account, as well as any pending, processing, or past orders – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Simply login to your customized order status webpage, and you’ll be able to:
- Track the status of all of your orders
- Review and approve quotations
- Download quotations and invoices
How can I avoid delays with my order?
In order to avoid delays in order processing, please supply as much information as possible on all book orders, including:
- ISBN/ISSN
- Title
- Full quantity
- Publisher
- Supply deadline
Does IB Source have an order minimum?
IB Source cannot supply orders with a value less than $350.00. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you would like to order a sample copy, please click on "Request a Sample Copy" for instructions and information about our sample policy. Thank you!
Do you accept returns?
Returns will only be accepted if IB Source has supplied the wrong book (different Title/Author/ISBN from the one we originally quoted) or if we have issued the customer with a return authorization. If you receive a book that has been damaged, please contact IB Source to ask about obtaining a return authorization. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted without our prior written authorization.
