Finally, there was a warehouse in the ‘States’ that carried most, if not all, of the IB texts (which all seem to be published overseas) that we use in our IB Program. Last spring, our high school was accepted into the International Baccalaureate Programme, and this school year we have had to purchase textbooks for our new classes. Many titles are available on their website and their staff will work quickly to get the resources a school needs. DCHS is a recently authorized IB World School, which means we needed a lot of different texts from different companies here in the US and around the world. IB Source served as a liaison between our school and the various publishers. Instead of making 13 calls to 13 vendors, I can make just one call to IB Source and get the resources we need.
