| Returns will only be accepted if IB Source has supplied the wrong book (different Title/Author/ISBN from the one we originally quoted) or if we have issued the customer with a return authorization. If you receive a book that has been damaged, please contact IB Source to ask about obtaining a return authorization. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted without our prior written authorization. |
